Darren Fletcher is driven and results-focused real estate professional at APEX Residential who
exhibits dedication, negotiation skills and relentless work ethic. Darren’s approach is built on a
deep understanding of market knowledge, research, and providing resources for his clients in
the communities he works in.

Darren has lived in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for 21 years and has a unique background in
financial services, landscape/hardscape installation, and professional golf. Through this
experience his strategy is tailored for his clients with analysis, discipline, determination and
hands on work to help clients achieve their goals. He is also passionate about his relationships
and aims to ensure each client feels informed, supported and confident in their decisions.

Over the last 18 months Darren has worked with buyers and sellers on single family homes,
condos, townhouses, land, golf course communities and rentals. His open minded perspective
and patience has provided various opportunities to help clients navigate the buying and selling
process and reach their real estate goals.

When not studying inventory, showing buyers homes or communicating with clients, Darren
enjoys skiing, being on the lake, and playing competitive amateur golf events including
competing in 6 USGA National Championships over the last 6 years.
